Recipe: Fresh Salsa

Okay, so some of you may not really think this is a salsa in the true sense because it's not spicy at all. But it's my favorite and I love the freshness of it! It is SO easy and quick, which is a huge bonus in my book!

Simply chop up fresh tomatoes, some red onion, and cilantro. Add salt to taste and enjoy! See? I told you it was easy!

For this batch I used:
4 medium sized ripe tomatoes
~1/4 c. red onion
2 Tbsp. cilantro
1 tsp. salt, give or take.       YUM!
